Dati di navigazione

I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli utenti. La base giuridica del trattamento è l’Interesse legittimo del Titolare di cui all’Art. 6 co. 1 lett. f) del Regolamento Europeo n. 679/2016.

Ogni trattamento avviene mediante l’adozione di misure di sicurezza, tecniche ed organizzative, adeguate al trattamento stesso così come riportato all’art. 32 del Regolamento. Tutti i dati sono trattati in forma elettronica e sono attuate misure di minimizzazione del trattamento, quanto a tipologia del dato, autorizzazioni all’accesso e tempi di conservazione.

DESTINATARI O CATEGORIE DI DESTINATARI DEI DATI PERSONALI

I dati possono essere comunicati:

  1. a quei soggetti (es. autorità amministrative, giudiziarie, di vigilanza e di controllo) cui tale comunicazione debba essere effettuata in adempimento di un obbligo previsto dalla legge, da un regolamento o dalla normativa comunitaria;
  2. soggetti terzi, fornitori di prodotti e/o servizi.

Tali destinatari, a seconda dei casi, trattano i dati personali in qualità di titolari autonomi o responsabili.
Inoltre, possono venire a conoscenza dei dati in qualità di persone autorizzate al trattamento e relativamente ai soli dati necessari allo svolgimento delle mansioni loro assegnate, le persone fisiche appartenenti alle seguenti categorie: i lavoratori dipendenti di InRes Consulting o presso di essa distaccati, i lavoratori interinali, gli stagisti, i consulenti e i dipendenti delle società esterne nominate responsabili.

DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI

I soggetti cui si riferiscono i dati personali, ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 679/2016, hanno il diritto in qualunque momento di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno dei medesimi dati e di conoscerne il contenuto e l’origine, verificarne l’esattezza o chiedere di integrarli, aggiornarli, oppure rettificarli. I soggetti cui si riferiscono i dati personali hanno, inoltre, il diritto di chiedere la cancellazione, la trasmissione dei dati ad altri titolari, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, nonché di opporsi in ogni caso, per motivi legittimi, al loro trattamento. PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI

InRes Consulting tratterà i dati personali raccolti per quanto strettamente necessario al perseguimento delle finalità predeterminate; i dati raccolti con i Cookie indicati nella presente informativa, saranno conservati per un periodo massimo di 1 anno dall’acquisizione salvo ulteriore durata in caso di contenzioso (sino alla definizione del contenzioso).

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow user identification. This category of data includes the IP addresses of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the response file obtained, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Requests relating to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 must be addressed to the Data Controller through INRES Consulting’s Certified e-mail address.

PERIOD OF RETENTION OF DATA

INRES Consulting will process the collected personal data as strictly necessary for the pursuit of the predetermined purposes; the data collected with the Cookies indicated in this policy, will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year from acquisition unless further duration in case of litigation (until the settlement of the dispute).
